Very pleased with the service we got from both our technicians today. They both explained to us the problem and the best way to fix it. No one likes getting a new furnace and AC but it's part of being a homeowner. They made it a little easier to accept and are doing everything they can to help us have a nice warm in the winter cool in the summer home.

Robert was very helpful and respectful. He completed his work efficiently and did not try and up-sell me on any unnecessary equipment or repairs. To date, I have had nothing but positive experiences with Boehmer H&C.

Shawn came to look at what I was going to need to replace my furnace. He was great even when my dogs barked. He took time to meet them, and took time to explaine everything I needed to know about my options. He was able to come out when I had a last mint change in my schedule.
