Brayden, was dispatch to my house to put in a new breaker for my heating system that Patrick worked on earlier today boy I tell you snappy has such a terrific well trained team. They had my heating system up and running same day and just in two hours eventually I’ll have to replace my upstairs unit and snappy will definitely be on my radar to install my new HVAC system.

Patrick and Jason were great! They arrived on time and did a great job with my HVAC tune up and new water heater installation. Stephanie is always super friendly and helpful over the phone.

Mike came to assist with getting our furnace started. When we explained that it was working fine until we turned off the system because pest control did some dusting in the attic where the furnace is located. The furnace never started up again. Mike knew immediately what to do. He found that the switch was turned off by mistake when pest control was spraying the attic!
This is the second time Mike has done a service call to our home. We have found him knowledgeable, professional and most important, honest. A rarity so often missing in other companies. Our compliments and praise go out to Mike and to Snappy for having this exceptional technician in their employment.
