Mike came to assist with getting our furnace started. When we explained that it was working fine until we turned off the system because pest control did some dusting in the attic where the furnace is located. The furnace never started up again. Mike knew immediately what to do. He found that the switch was turned off by mistake when pest control was spraying the attic!
This is the second time Mike has done a service call to our home. We have found him knowledgeable, professional and most important, honest. A rarity so often missing in other companies. Very knowledgeable and had a great personality he explained to me what was going on in words that I could understand. So I want to thank Brayden very much for all his great knowledge and being a super person.
